Job Description – Knits Production Head
Position: Knits Production Head / Production Manager
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise knitwear production from sampling to bulk production.
Handle production of T-Shirts, Tops, Vests, Innerwear and other men's & women's knitted garments.
Set up and manage a new production facility/factory, including production processes and manpowerj planning.
Build and manage the production team and allocate work efficiently.
Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, quality and other departments to ensure smooth production.
Monitor production targets, quality standards and timely delivery.
Develop and implement productive production processes and SOPs.
Manage manpower, machines, production planning and daily output.




Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize wastage and production delays.
Ensure products meet required quality and finishing standards.
Maintain regular production reports and track productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Knitted Garments / Apparel Manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of knitwear production processes.
Experience in products such as T-Shirts, Tops, Vests, Innerwear, etc. will be preferred.
Experience in production team handling and factory setup will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of production planning, manpower management and quality control.
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: ₹35K–₹45K per month
