WE’RE HIRING: CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR

Nurall is looking for a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Raha, our boutique Balinese-inspired luxury villa project near Auroville and Pondicherry.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Daily supervision of civil and finishing works
Coordinating contractors, subcontractors and site labour
Ensuring work is executed according to drawings and specifications
Monitoring construction quality, timelines and material usage
Taking site measurements and verifying contractor quantities
Maintaining daily progress reports and site records
Coordinating material requirements with the project team
Ensuring proper site safety, housekeeping and workmanship




Identifying site issues early and coordinating timely resolutions

Candidate profile:
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
2–3 years of experience in residential or villa construction
Experience with RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works
Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings
Good communication and labour-management skills
Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and MS Excel
Must be willing to work full time at the project site near Auroville
Two-wheeler and knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage

Candidates with solid luxury residential finishing, quantity-management or MEP coordination experience may be considered for a higher salary.
