Mandatory Experience




Division 31 Earthwork & Site Preparation
Division 32 Paving, Asphalt & Concrete
Division 33 Utilities (Sewer, Storm, Water, Fire Lines)
Quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift / Bluebeam
Excel-based BOQs, estimates, bid summaries & cost tracking
Apply sound construction methodology while estimating (sequencing, productivity, means & methods)
Prime & Subcontractor bid comparison (Excel)
Bid proposal management on Monday.com

Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech Civil Engineering
• 3+ years US infrastructure estimation experience
• Excellent command over Excel (cost codes, BOQs, formulas, bid leveling)
• Solid understanding of construction methodology for Earthwork, Utilities & Paving
• Ability to translate drawings + specs into buildable, accurate estimates
