WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT

This is a hands-on Talent Partner role - you’ll drive outcomes end-to-end,
staying close to the details while working directly with founders and




stakeholders.

You will think alongside stakeholders, challenge them when needed, and bring
structure, insight, and market intelligence into every hiring decision.

If you wait for perfect JDs and clear briefs - this role may feel uncomfortable.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Tech & Product Hiring (Core)
Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering (Backend, AI/ML, Data) and Product
roles
Drive high-impact, hard-to-close roles, with the ability to scale hiring when
needed
Ensure every hire raises the bar on capability, ownership, and culture
Talent Partnering
Work closely with hiring managers to shape roles, not just execute them
Push back when requirements are unclear, unrealistic, or misaligned with
market
Act as a thought partner - bringing talent insights, compensation benchmarks,
and
