Experience: 1–5 Years
Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admissions.
Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, and lead follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with valuable computer and CRM knowledge.
