Scope of Work - IT Intern (Desktop Support):
Basic troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Support for hardware/software installation and configuration.
Assistance in user onboarding/offboarding (account setup, asset issuance).
Routine maintenance of IT inventory and asset tracking updates.
Coordinating with vendors for minor hardware replacements.
Logging, tracking, and resolving tickets under the supervision of IT staff.
Support during system patching, antivirus updates, and security compliance checks.
Helping with meeting room equipment and connectivity checks when needed.
Log Monitoring & records updating, will leverage Zabbix SOP's.
Duration: 3 months
