Role Description The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves supporting senior account executives in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to understand their requirements, maintaining account records and documentation, and assisting in follow-ups on projects,



invoices, and renewals. The Junior Account Executive will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address client queries, provide product information, and support demonstrations where needed. The role also includes monitoring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contributing to the continuous improvement of account management processes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain qualified client relationships.
Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, Talley,etc.).
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
