Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Raigarh, responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility for trailers and tippers across India. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying recent business opportunities, and managing relationships with distributors, fleet owners, and corporate clients.



The Sales Marketing Manager will conduct market research, track competitor activity, and analyze sales data to inform pricing, promotions, and product positioning. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, coordinating with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment, preparing marketing materials and campaigns, and representing the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. The role also includes mentoring the sales team, preparing regular performance reports, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in commercial vehicles, automotive, heavy equipment, or related manufacturing sectors.
Strong skills in business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation to effectively grow and maintain the client base.
