Company Overview:
We are looking for a Senior QA with solid hands-on experience in end-to-end testing and a deep understanding of product quality. This role requires someone who takes ownership of quality, collaborates effectively within cross-functional product teams, and actively contributes, not just assigns work. You should be comfortable working in quick-paced environments and be capable of identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality releases.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end manual testing across multiple features and releases.
Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional,



regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Agile & Sprint Ownership
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
Create, plan, and manage testing sprints, ensuring transparent prioritization and timely execution of QA activities.
Align testing timelines with development sprints to ensure smooth and predictable releases.
Track sprint-level QA progress, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery of testing milestones.

AI & Innovation
Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect detection.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into testing workflows (e.g., test case generation, bug analysis, defect prediction).
Bring prior experience of implementing or using AI in testing or QA p
