NWe are hiring for the following positions:
N1. Placement Manager / Senior Manager
NExperience: 4–8 years
NQualification: MBA or equivalent from a reputed business school
NPreferred Specialisation: Finance, Business Analytics (BA), or Data Science (DS)
NKey Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to onboard current companies for student placements and internships. N
Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing recruiting companies. N
Identify and engage companies across relevant industries to create quality placement and internship opportunities. N
Negotiate and finalise placement requirements with recruiting companies. N
Understand industry requirements and align placement opportunities with student skills and academic programmes. N
Organise and facilitateregular meetings and communication with recruiting companies. N




Monitor placement outcomes and ensure quality opportunities for students. N
Address and resolve issues or concerns arising during the placement process. N
Lead and mentor the placement team to ensure smooth execution of placement activities. N
Track placement performance, recruitment outcomes and company engagement. N
Prepare and present MIS, placement reports and updates to senior management. N
Stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns and emerging sectors to identify new placement prospects. N
Drive campus recruitment initiatives and expand the institute's network of recruiting companies. N

nRequired Skills & Experience

8–10 years of relevant experience in placements, recruitment, business development or a related field. N
Solid understanding ofcampus placements, recruitment processes and industry requirements. N
Experience working witha reputed business school/institution will be preferred. N
