3D Modeling & Design: Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D MEP models using Revit, focusing on accuracy. N
Clash Detection & Coordination: Identify and resolve interferences between MEP systems and structural/architectural components using Navisworks. N
Documentation: Generate 2D construction documents, shop drawings, riser diagrams, and fabrication drawings from 3D models. N
Standards Compliance: Maintain Project BIM standards, modeling protocols, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements. N
Scan-to-BIM: Convert point cloud data/laser scans into accurate Revit models. N
nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. N
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical system design. N
Experience: Typically 2–5 years in MEP modeling within the construction or engineering industry. N
Collaboration: Ability to work with project teams and communicate effectively. N
