Drive external/ internal sales activities in alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives, in close coordination with the Head – C&I; Business Development. N
Lead client engagement through meetings, site visits, and on-ground interactions to drive conversions and strengthen long-term relationships. N
Take end-to-end ownership of deal execution, from client acquisition and proposal presentation to commercial negotiations and contract finalization. N
Collaborate with technical and financial modelling teams to develop customized proposals and competitive commercial offerings tailored to client requirements. N
Monitor sales performance, manage the deal pipeline, and provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to senior management. N
Work closely with Key Account Managers to foster strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industrial and corporate client segments. N
Guide and Support manager- BD with all the required inputs, study, documentation, market information, regulatory risks,



commercial understanding timely for proposal submission, N

nKey Skills & Competencies:

Proven expertise in business development within the corporate PPA space, including captive and open access structures. N
Robust communication, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities. N
In-depth understanding of project economics, regulatory frameworks, and client return-on-investment (ROI) considerations. N
Self-driven and outcome-oriented, with the ability to independently manage and close high-value transactions. N
Robust team management and leadership skills, with a transparent focus on performance delivery. N
Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements, site assessments, and business development activities. N

Bachelor's degreein Engineering, Business, or a related discipline;
MBA preferred.n
