NKey Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop agency advisors and sales teams. N
Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N
Build and maintain robust relationships with agency partners and customers. N
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation. N
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking. N
Support advisors duringcustomer meetings and sales closures. N
