NRegional Sales Manager's responsibility is to manage the assigned territory promoting the company's product portfolio to HCPs, Clinics, Corporate hospitals, Multi-Specialty Hospitals, Govt. Institutions. This will be a combination of individual and team management role, requiring an ability to work independently, manage team, with excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making and relationship building skills.

Identify, qualify, and pursue recent business opportunities by generating leads, building a pipeline, and scheduling product demonstrations with potential customers. N
Conduct and support theteam in organizing product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, highlighting features, perks, and clinical advantages. N
Guide the team in following the structured sales process, negotiate with decision-makers, and ensure timely closure of deals to achieve revenue targets. N




Ensure accurate sales forecasting for the region and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities;
consolidate and submit daily/weekly reports. N
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet KPIs;
track performance through activity metrics (demos, visits, closures) and implement corrective measures when needed. N
Build long-term relationships with existing customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand credibility and adoption. N
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, pricing, and product launches;
identify opportunities and threats to align sales strategies accordingly. N
Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to increase market share, support current product launches, and expand business opportunities in collaboration with the marketing team. N
