Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact designs for both digital platforms and physical touchpoints, ensuring a seamless brand experience for our clients.

Multichannel Design: Create visually compelling designs for online (social media, website banners, emailers, app interfaces) and offline (brochures, standees, print ads, event branding) collaterals. N
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs adhere to the Anand Rathi brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. N
Business Collaboration: Work closely with different business units to understand their specific communication needs and translate them into visual assets. N
Campaign Execution: Assist the marketing team in developing visual themes for integrated marketing campaigns, festivals, and corporate events. N
Production Management:



Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of physical marketing materials. N

nRequired Skills:

Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) setting. N
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma or Canva is a plus. N
Visual Aesthetics: A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and iconography. N
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality. N
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders. N
Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro. N
