Job DescriptionAbout The Role
NWe are looking for a Senior Manager - Onboarding to lead a large, multilayered inside sales team within FundsIndia's D2C (B2C) business, responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into first-time and repeat mutual fund investors. You'll own revenue and sales targets, design and enforce scalable sales processes, and build high-performing teams to deliver a seamless, trustworthy investing experience for FundsIndia customers.
NDesignation: Senior Manager - Onboarding (Inside Sales)
NExperience: 8–12 years in inside sales or telesales, with at least 4 years leading large-scale teams (100+ members) in a B2C, revenue-owning capacity
NQualification: MBA preferred, ideally from a premier institute
NLocation: Bengaluru
NMust Have (Skills/Exposures/Certifications):

Robust understanding of the wealth / mutual fund distribution space (Regular-plan model, investor journey, advisory-led selling). N
Proven ability to carryand deliver revenue / sales targets at scale. N
Deep command of inside sales processes: dialing SOPs,
Follow-up rules, disposition frameworks, productivity metrics. N
Hands-on with cloud telephony (Smartflo, Ozonetel, Exotel, Ameyo) and CRM and solid understanding of using tools to drive efficiency. N

Lead a 100+ member multilayered inside sales team, converting marketing-generated leads into first-time and repeat mutual fund investors. N
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets. N
Own MIS and performancedashboards, driving sales forecasting accuracy and weekly/monthly business reviews with leadership. N
Design and manage incentive and commission structures in partnership with HR and Finance N
Design and enforce streamlined inside sales processes - agent productivity, dialing cadence, pipeline coverage, and disposition hygiene. N
Build floor-ready salespitches and playbooks, including objection handling, and drive
