nChandigarh University is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to manage and lead a large team of admissions counselors. The role requires strong expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales, with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a quick-paced environment.
NThe ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.
NKey Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20–80 inside sales counselors N
Drive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets N
Oversee complete lead-to-admission funnel management N
Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios N




Handle CRM operations, reporting, and data management N
Manage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiency N
Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement sessions N
Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and sales discipline N
Work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales workplace N
