Conduct product presentations and technical discussions. N
Explain the chemistry, composition, performance characteristics, and application methods of construction chemical products. N
Sound understanding of chemical formulations, reactions, material properties, and their practical applications in construction chemicals. N
Ability to understand Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and product specifications N
Generate new business opportunities through field visitsand market development activities. N
Identify and meet contractors, builders, developers, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and industrial clients. N
Promote and sell construction chemical products. N
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and closesales deals. N




Build and maintain solid customer relationships. N
Achieve sales targets and maintain reports. N
Coordinate with technical and operations teams. N
Should be capable of managing both sales and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. N

nRequired Skills:

Strong academic background in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry preferred). N
Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills N
Knowledge of construction chemicals/building materials preferred. N
Positive presentation and relationship management skills. N
Proficiency in MS Excel,Word, and emailcommunication. N
Willingness to travel for field salesactivities. N
