NRole Summary:
NThe People Manager – PR &ORM; will oversee the company's public relations activities, manage online reputation, lead a team of PR and ORM professionals, and serve as the key liaison across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, robust media relations & stakeholder management capability, and the ability to translate corporate objectives into impactful media and online narratives.

Develop and execute integrated PR and corporate communication strategies to strengthen BPTP's brand reputation, visibility, and market positioning. N
Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, editors, industry bodies, and key influencers. N
Drive proactive media engagement through press releases, media briefings, interviews, press conferences,



project launch communications, and corporate announcements. N
Develop and manage an annual PR calendar aligned with business milestones, project launches, leadership announcements, awards, and CSR initiatives. N
Monitor media coverage,industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing strategic recommendations to leadership. N
Lead crisis communication planning and response, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent messaging during sensitive situations. N
Manage award nominations, industry recognitions, and speaking prospects to enhance corporate and leadership visibility. N
