Job DescriptionLush Textiles Private Limited is looking for a Sales Assistant in house( No field Job) to support our sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, order coordination, follow-ups and day-to-day sales activities.
NThe candidate will work closely with customers, the sales team, warehouse and management to ensure smooth handling of enquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities N
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
N
Understand customer requirements related to fabrics and apparel products.
N
Share fabric details, availability, prices, images and samples with customers.
N
Prepare and send quotations and price offers.
N
Follow up with customers on quotations and pending enquiries.
N
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
N
Coordinate fabric samples and swatches with customers.
N
Coordinate with the warehouse/team regarding stock availability and dispatches.
N
Follow up on orders from confirmation to dispatch.
N
Maintain proper recordsof enquiries, quotations,



orders and customer details.
N
Update the sales team and management regarding key enquiries and pending follow-ups.
N
Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.
N
Coordinate with accounts regarding payments, invoices and outstanding amounts whenever required.
N
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and assist in generating repeat business.
N
Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination work.
Ideal Candidate N
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
N
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
N
Positive WhatsApp and emailcommunication skills.
N
Should be organised andgood at follow-ups.
N
Should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
