NEffectively manage order execution and portfolio rebalancing activities for ETF and index fund mandates, ensuring timely alignment with benchmark compositions and investment objectives. Execute trades with a robust focus on minimizing market impact, controlling transaction costs, and maintaining tracking accuracy. Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders to optimize liquidity utilization and ensure seamless settlement processes.
NKey Responsibilities

Execution of orders forETFs & Index funds on NSE/BSE. N
Coordinating with Clients & brokers for execution of baskets. N
Coordinating with Market Makers for facilitating ETF trades on the exchange. N
Planning & execution ofrebalance orders for ETFs/Index funds. N
Understanding & execution of trades in Securities lending & borrowing markets N
Ensuring Tracking Errorof schemes is low. N
Uploading all trades inETF system. N
Tracking Corporate Actions for ETFs / Index funds. N
Assisting Fund Manager N
Back up as Fund Managerin the absence of the primary Fund Manager N
nExperience
n2- 4 years of experience in ETF Dealing, mutual fund industry
NKey skills

Solid Knowledge of financial markets and Indian Mutual Fund industry N
Knowledge of SEBI MF regulations and AMFI guidelines N
Communication skills N
Ability to think out ofthe box N
Analytical bent of mindwith a research inclination. N
nQualifications
nMBA (preferred) or CA or CFA or equivalent qualification
