Teach Contract Law and related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. N
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum. N
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions. N
Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, presentations, and continuous assessments. N
Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities. N
Conduct high-quality legal research and publish in reputed journals. N
Develop and update course content to reflect current legal developments. N
Participate in curriculum design, accreditation, and quality assurance activities. N
Supervise internships, moot courts, dissertations, and research projects. N
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programs. N
Undertake administrative responsibilities and serve on departmental and institutional committees. N
Foster collaborations with legal practitioners, courts, industries,
and academic institutions. N
nQualifications

N
LL.M. in Law with specialization in Contract Law or related discipline from a recognized university. N
Ph.D. in Law (preferred/mandatory as per UGC or institutional norms for higher academic positions). N
NET/SET qualification, where applicable, in accordance with UGC regulations. N
Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience as per institutional requirements. N

Solid knowledge of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and related commercial laws. N
