NRole Overview
nIndia has crores of two-wheelers older than 15 years, all classified as End-of-Life Vehicles under the Motor Vehicles Rules, 2021. These owners are legally entitled to scrap value of the vehicle along with road tax rebates of up to 25% while buying a new vehicle, registration fee waivers, and OEM discounts of up to 5%, but the vast majority end up selling to cash-operated informal dealers because they simply don't know better.

Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads. N




Explain Mariinox's vehicle scrapping process, key perks, and government compliance. N
Generate qualified leads and convert customer inquiries into successful bookings. N
Build and maintain robust customer relationships by addressing customer queries professionally. N
Follow up with interested customers until the vehicle scrapping process is completed. N
Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle pickup and customer scheduling. N
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or MS Excel. N
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. N
Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions. N
Stay updated on government vehicle scrapping policies and company services. N

Fresher or 2 years in Inside Sales, preferably in Metals, Automobile, Industrial Supplies, or Manufacturing. N
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding
