NKey Responsibilities

Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills. N
Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations. N
Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills. N
Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams. N
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders. N
Track billing milestones and project costs. N
Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports. N
Support budgeting, cashflow planning, and audits. N

nRequirements

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering. N
3–6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer. N
Robust knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures. N
Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings. N
Proficiency in MS Excel;
AutoCAD & ERP knowledge preferred. N
Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage. N
