NAs a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.

Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions. N
Facilitate effective communication between U.S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers. N




Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, or altering information. N
Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations. N
Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation. N
Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines. N
Participate in trainingsessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance. N
Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances. N
Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. N
