NRole Overview
nThis is a full time chance, in office for a Graphic Designer at Decode Mediacom, (Ahmedabad candidates only). We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually striking designs that resonate with our clients' audiences. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player who stays updated with the latest design trends and tools.
NKey Responsibilities

Develop innovative designs for digital platforms, including social media creatives, ads, infographics, and web graphics. N




Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. N
Create brand-aligned visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement. N
Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining consistency in brand identity. N
Support video production teams with motion graphics and visual elements when needed. N
Continuously research new design techniques, software, and industry trends. N

nRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. N
3- 5 year of professional design experience. N
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW. N
Solid creative portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. N
Excellent communicationand collaboration skills. N
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. N
