Team Handling and AUM collection N
Increase revenue from recent client through up sale / Cross Sell N
Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clients N
Promote Focus Product of the month. N
Ensure individual and team performance as per norms. N
Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members. N
Retention of performingteam members. N
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets. N
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines. N
Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc. N
