Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school. N
Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence. N
Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards. N
Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff. N
Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs. N
Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines. N




Build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders. N
Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations. N
Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives. N
Mentor staff and createa high-performance work culture. N

Ex-Armed Forces Officer(Indian Army / Navy / Air Force) – Mandatory N
Officer rank with distinguished service record. N
Bachelor's Degree required. N
Master's Degree preferred. N
B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred. N
Experience in educational leadership or training institutions will be an added advantage. N
