The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background in civil engineering along with business acumen to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Experience Required: 8+ Years
Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Lead end-to-end in office project execution
Manage construction activities, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
Identify and resolve project risks and execution challenges
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management

Required Skills:
Robust leadership and team management abilities
Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
Sound knowledge of construction practices and project management
