Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and driven Lead - International Market to oversee and expand our business operations across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in international trade, a deep understanding of the export process, and a successful history of managing teams and international client relationships. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to grow export volumes, manage compliance, and build solid distribution networks in the region.
NKey Responsibilities:
NExport Operations & Market Development

Develop and implement export strategies for Asia Pacific markets. N
Identify recent business opportunities and key export markets within the APAC region. N
Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations. N
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize business performance. N
Technical Sales exposure in Building and Industrial markets N

nTeam Management

Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of export executives and coordinators. N
Allocate responsibilities, set targets, and review performance to ensure effective team output. N
Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade team knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance. N

nClient & Channel Partner Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients, distributors, and channel partners. N
Oversee negotiation of contracts, payment terms (LC, advance, credit, etc.), and pricing. N
Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. N

nLogistics & Compliance

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for timely dispatches. N
Ensure all export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, BL/AWB, etc.) is accurate and compliant with both origin and destination reg
