NMirketa Inc is seeking anexperienced and highly respected Senior Director – Salesforce Engineering to lead and scale our Salesforce technical organization. This role is responsible for technical delivery, architecture governance, talent development, and client-facing technical leadership across a portfolio of Salesforce consulting engagements.
NThe ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep Salesforce expertise, proven people leadership experience, and the ability to operate confidently in complex client and executive environments.
NResponsibilities
nTechnical Leadership & Architecture

Provide overall technical leadership for a 40–60 member Salesforce technical team across multiple concurrent projects. N
Actively participate inclient technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews. N
Create, review, and approve technical architecture documents, solution designs, and integration strategies. N
Lead an Architecture Governance Forum to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices across a portfolio of projects. N
Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges, including hands-on troubleshooting and code-level guidance when required. N
Define, implement, and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles. N
