NJob Summary:
NWe are looking for a agile and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join the Front Office team at Taj Lands End. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and at least 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations within the hospitality industry.
NKey Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and ensure a warm, qualified arrival and departure experience. N
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently. N
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. N
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service. N
Maintain guest profilesand preferences for personalized service. N
Handle VIP arrivals andensure exceptional guest satisfaction. N




Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards. N
Assist in managing roomallocations and guest requests. N
Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports. N
Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience. N

nEligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degreein Hospitality/Hotel Management (Mandatory). N
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or a similar role in a reputed hotel. N
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. N
Well-groomed personality with a qualified appearance. N
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. N
Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/Fidelio or similar) will be an added advantage. N
