NJob Description Summary:

Own campaign yield optimisation to meet performance KPIs consistently, including ad testing, campaign scheduling & launching campaigns as per the Release Order (RO).

Work with data to derive insights & provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
N
Liaise with Sales teams, Publisher, Technical, and Finance teams to strategise and exceed client expectations.
N
Maintain reporting for campaign performance that will be used to provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
N
Effectively led CPC, CPM, CPCV, CPA, CPI, VAS & corporate deals to meet their success metrics (conversion targets).
N
Proactively investigateissues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
N




Provide support to teammembers to set up, troubleshoot, and optimise campaigns.
NWho Should Apply?

2 - 3 years of work experience in Advertising Operations, Mobile/Digital advertising space & Client Servicing is preferred.

You have proven analytical abilities using MS Excel.
N
You have excellent oral& written communication skills and have experience in breaking down complex ideas into easy to understand steps.
N
You are comfortable managing tactical day to day deliverables & running strategic initiatives when needed.
N
You have experience in handling large advertising budgets.
N
Ability to work throughpeople with diverse backgrounds would be essential.
N
A self-starter who is able to motivate the team & keep a close watch on progress.
