Has led large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through implementation. N

Release Train Engineer (or Protected Program-Level Agile Leadership) N
Has served as an RTE orequivalent, facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency management, and program-level execution. N

Program & ReleaseTrain Leadership – Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology programs and serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a similar Agile program leadership role. N
Cross-Functional Delivery Management – Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, risks, vendors, integrations,



and drive initiatives from planning through implementation. N
Workday Financials/HCM Experience – Hands-on experience leading Workday Financials, HCM, and integration programs (implementation, modernization, enhancements, or ongoing delivery). N

Secure Experience &Certifications; – Experience facilitating PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies, with certifications such as Protected RTE, PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM. N
Enterprise ERP/ITSM & Third-Party Integration Experience – Experience managing enterprise ERP, HCM, or ITSM platforms and coordinating implementation partners and system integrations. N
Delivery Tools & Agile Platforms – Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools for Agile planning, tracking, and reporting. N
