Own the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and managed services, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. N
Establish and institutionalize Dynamics 365 delivery best practices, governance frameworks, code review standards, DevOps processes, QA controls, documentation standards, and reusable accelerators. N
Manage executive stakeholders, SteerCo governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and business value realization across multiple accounts and programs. N
Build high-performing Dynamics teams through competency development, mentoring, certifications, architectural oversight, and optimal resource utilization. N




Drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, AI/Copilot, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes. N

nMandatory Skills:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2010/2013/2015/Online. N
Proven track record in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and managed services. N
Solid understanding ofproject management methodologies and best practices. N
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies. N
Familiarity with DevOpspractices and tools. N
Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills. N
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. N
Relevant certificationsin Microsoft Dynamics 365 and project management (e.G., PMP, Agile). N
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. N
