NKey Responsibilities:
N- Leadership & Strategy: Provide visionary leadership for the School of Law, aligning with the university's mission and goals, and developing long-term academic and operational strategies.
N- Academic Excellence: Ensure the quality and relevance of legal education, oversee curriculum development, and maintain high academic standards in teaching, research, and student outcomes.
N- Faculty Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier faculty members;
promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional growth.




N- Research & Publications: Foster a research-driven environment, encouraging faculty and students to engage in impactful legal research, and publish in renowned journals.
N- Student Success: Oversee student admissions, academic advising, and career placement services;
ensure student satisfaction, holistic development, and a robust learning experience.
N- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with national and international legal education standards, including Bar Council of India (BCI) regulations.
N- Budget & Resource Management: Manage the school's budget, allocate resources efficiently, and seek prospects for fundraising, partnerships, and grants.
