In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions while driving long-term partnerships, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. N
Understand customers' business goals, challenges, and product usage to deliver strategic, value-driven solutions. N
Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate its value proposition. N
Drive customer success by ensuring high product adoption, engagement, and overall satisfaction. N
Identify prospects to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of relevant solutions. N
Own the renewal lifecycle, driving customer retention and fostering long-term partnerships. N




Proactively resolve client queries and escalations by working closely with cross-functional teams. N
Act as the voice of thecustomer by sharing feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements. N
Collaborate with Sales,Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. N
Travel regularly to meet clients, strengthen relationships, understand product adoption, and uncover new business opportunities. N

nPreferred Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management. N
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. N
Experience managing enterprise or B2B clients with a consultative approach. N
Proven ability to drivecustomer retention, account growth, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration. N
