nKey Responsibilities

Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit N
Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers N
Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans N
Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions N
Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents N
Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines N
Work on Encompass LOS N
Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing N
