Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inspection Services Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of global inspection activities for the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The role involves coordinating inspection assignments, managing client requirements, engaging with inspectors and third-party service providers, and ensuring timely delivery of inspection services while maintaining compliance with quality and operational standards.
NKey Responsibilities

Coordinate inspection activities for global clients across multiple projects. N
Plan and schedule inspection assignments with internal inspectors and third-party inspection agencies. N
Review client requirements and prepare inspection plans, quotations, and cost estimates. N
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely project execution. N
Maintain a database of qualified inspection service providers and support global resource planning. N
Coordinate with sales, operations,



and international offices to ensure seamless project delivery. N
Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with quality management systems and company procedures. N
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, and escalations. N
Identify prospects to strengthen client relationships and support business growth. N
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inspection Services Management team. N
