Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working & quarterly returns, Advance tax & E-payment, GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation & Filing, Month/Quarter/Year End closing, Reconciliations, working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation, auditing. N
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. N
Accounting knowledge pertaining to entries/JVs in books of Accounts N
The incumbent will be responsible for vouching of expenses, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Statutory Audits. N
Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales and cash N
Handle day-to-day accounting work like payments, passing journal entries, generating accounting reports. N
To prepare independently TDS, GST, Advance Tax, Income tax working & filing of Returns, etc. N
To Assist in the finalization of accounts N




Responsible for accounts Payable and accounts Receivable ensuring analysis for outstanding balances of creditors before releasing of payment. N
Prepare and post year end journals like accrual, deferred income, amortization, reclassification & adjustment entries N
Reconcile Balance sheetcontrol accounts, investigate issues and report / rectify the same N
Detailed Variance analysis of P & L items and reporting on the same. N
Prepare and finalise corporate tax computations and returns N
To supervise regular feedings of data from vouchers, registers and ledgers into accounting software and generate monthly and cumulative financial data and statement as per standard formats N
