NKey Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets. N
Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing. N
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders. N
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. N
Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions. N
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution. N
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. N

nRequirements:

1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales. N
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. N
Valuable knowledge of the Thane real estate market. N
Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. N
Proficiency in MS Exceland CRM tools. N

nPreferred Candidate:

Prior experience in Real estate sales. N
Candidate should be based in Thane or nearby locations. N
