Job DescriptionVigilant Technologies is looking for a Pre-Sales & Support Engineer (On-Field) to provide end-to-end technical support, from pre-sale solutioning to post-sale Support, for enterprise-grade Security, Fire Safety, Telecom and ELV/BMS solutions in Hyderabad.

Fire Safety & fire detection solutions N
Telecom infrastructure – EPABX, IP-PABX, Gateways N
Passive Networking (structured cabling, racks, patch panels, etc.) N
Other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management Systems) solutions N

nIf you've worked hands-on with enterprise-grade CCTV, fire safety or related ELV products from brands like Bosch, Axis, Tyco, Pelco, I-PRO, Honeywell or similar and you're equally comfortable presenting a solution to a client and then getting hands-on to install or troubleshoot it, this role is built for you.
NKey Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and assess technical feasibility at client/prospect locations N
Prepare technical proposals,



BOQs, system designs, and datasheets in coordination with the sales team N
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, consultants, and channel partners N
Respond to technical queries during the sales cycle — specifications, compliance, integration, compatibility N
Support tender/RFP responses with technical documentation and compliance sheets N
Provide in office installation, configuration, and commissioning support for CCTV, access control, fire, and ELV systems N
Perform troubleshootingand fault diagnosis for hardware, network, and software-level issues at client locations N
Handle client escalations in office and ensure timely resolution within SLA N

Valuable Communication skills N
3–7 years of technical pre-sales and field support experience in CCTV, fire safety, access control or related ELV products N
