Job DescriptionRole Purpose
NSupport end-to-end NRI account opening and modification by ensuring accurate KYC/KRA compliance, timely verification, and smooth coordination with clients, RMs, and internal teams.
NKey Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end NRI account opening and modification cases, including document scrutiny, verification, and follow-ups. N
Well-versed with KRA/KYC requirements for NRI clients, including NRE/NRO, FATCA, CRS, and overseas attestation norms. N
Perform hands-on verification of documents and ensure compliance as per regulatory and internal guidelines. N
Coordinate closely withclients, Relationship Managers, branches, and central teams to resolve NRI account opening queries. N
Maintain and update MISon a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. N
Track pending cases, highlight bottlenecks, and drive closures within defined TATs. N
Handle exceptions and complex cases with proper escalation and documentation. N




Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and regulatory standards at all times. N
Support process improvements by flagging recurring issues and suggesting practical solutions. N

Robust working knowledge of NRI KYC/KRA processes. N
Hands-on experience in account opening and verification. N
Transparent and confident communication skills—written and verbal. N
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure situations calmly. N
High attention to detail and robust follow-through. N
Comfortable working with data, MIS, and internal systems. N

Prior experience in NRI onboarding, operations, or compliance support. N
Exposure to banking, broking, or wealth management environments is a plus. N
