nWeare looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader with a proven track record of selling Employee Health Benefits, Group Health Insurance, Corporate Wellness, OPD, Preventive Healthcare, and Employee Benefits solutions to large enterprises across India.
NThis is a strategic hunter role responsible for owning the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, developing new business, building CXO relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across the West Region (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and surrounding markets).
NKey Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end enterprise B2B sales for Employee Advantages and Health Insurance solutions. N
Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and enterprise account acquisition. N




Sell consultatively to senior HR and business stakeholders, understanding workforce and advantages challenges. N
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure. N
Personally close strategic enterprise opportunities rather than handing deals to the team. N
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across target accounts. N
Lead, mentor, and scalea high-performing enterprise sales team. N
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and business growth. N
Expand business across large enterprises and mid-market organizations throughout the West region. N
