NABOUT THE ROLE
nWeare looking for a creative and performance-driven Script Writer who can craft engaging and high-converting scripts for product advertisements on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate understands audience psychology, hooks, and storytelling that drives conversions.
NRESPONSIBILITIES

Write compelling scripts for short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) N
Create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3–5 seconds N
Develop scripts focusedon product benefits, problem-solving, and storytelling N
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for ad concepts N




Adapt scripts based on performance data and feedback N
Write in multiple tones(Hinglish, direct response) N
Stay updated with current ad trends and viral formats N
Handle, guide and give training to juniors or interns working under you. N

nREQUIREMENTS

Solid command of English and Hindi (Hinglish preferred) N
Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad funnels N
Ability to write crisp,engaging, and conversion-focused content N
Creative mindset with attention to detail N
Prior experience in ad scripts, content writing, or similar roles is a must N

nPREFERRED SKILLS

Understanding of consumer psychology and buying triggers N
Knowledge of hooks and CTA writing N
Ability to analyse winning ads and replicate frameworks N
