Develop detailed construction plans with defined timelines, milestones, and objective N
Prepare and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project N
Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and material N
Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register N
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress update N
Lead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project health N
Drive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimization N
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations N
