NAbout the Role
nHyperstar Developers Private Limited is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a high-responsibility role that requires someone who can efficiently manage executive priorities, coordinate day-to-day business operations, and provide administrative and operational support while accompanying the Founder for meetings, site visits, and business engagements whenever required.
NKey Responsibilities

Manage the Founder & CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. N
Accompany the Founder to client meetings, site visits, business events, and official engagements. N
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings (MoMs),



and follow-up action items. N
Handle confidential business information with complete discretion. N
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders. N
Draft qualified emails, letters, presentations, and business documents. N
Maintain records, files, contracts, and significant documentation. N
Assist in administrative functions including office coordination, vendor management, procurement, and facility-related tasks. N
Track project timelines, pending tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups. N
Coordinate travel, accommodation, reimbursements, and expense records. N
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned. N
Perform other executiveand administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. N
