Job DescriptionJob Summary:
NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate with 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of financial controls, reporting, statutory compliance, IndAS/ IFRS, LODR requirements.
NKey Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-dayaccounting and financial operations ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. N
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. N
Prepare and present management reports, board reports, financial statements, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders. N
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements, including SEBI (LODR) Regulations, stock exchange filings, and other listed-company reporting obligations. N
Drive the consolidationprocess across domestic and international subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, foreign currency translation adjustments, and consolidation adjustments. N
Handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making. N
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders N
Support leadership withfinancial insights and business planning N
Maintain internal financial controls and process improvements N
Monitor developments inaccounting standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting frameworks, ensuring timely implementation across the organization. N
Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliation activities N
