Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NHouseEazy is a rapid-growing real estate proptech company transforming the resale housing market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and design-driven Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of our office space design as well as contribute to the interior journey of our home buyers. This role bridges creativity with execution - from envisioning our in-house workspace to helping customers reimagine their resale homes with personalized interior solutions.
NKey Responsibilities

Lead the architectural and interior design of HouseEazys in-house office spaces from concept to completion N
Design, plan, and visualize layouts, working drawings, and 3D renders using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) N
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timely delivery N
Identify, evaluate, andnegotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to optimize cost and quality N




Engage with HouseEazy home buyers to understand their design aspirations, recommend suitable themes, and offer interior execution strategies aligned with their property N
Oversee end-to-end project execution — from material selection and procurement to site supervision and handover N
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and brand aesthetics N

nRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandatory N
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project execution, or interior design N
Proven exposure to commercial interiors;
experience in residential interior projects is a robust plus N
Robust design sensibility, visualization, and project management capabilities N
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software N
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-interfacing abilities N
