Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Sr. Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and e-commerce advertising ecosystems, with a robust understanding of campaign automation, analytics, and reporting.
NThis role requires a data-driven marketer who can balance creativity with performance metrics to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS improvements.
NKey Responsibilities
nCampaign Planning & Execution

Plan, launch, andmanage paid marketing campaigns across: N
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) N
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) N
E-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) N
Build campaign structures aligned with business goals such as lead generation, conversions, sales, and brand growth. N
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. N




Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. N

nOptimization & Performance Management

Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, targeting, and placements. N
Improve KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. N
Execute A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and funnels. N
Track attribution and conversion journeys using analytics tools. N

nAutomation & Analytics

Implement marketing automation workflows and rules for campaign efficiency. N
Work with tools/platforms for automated reporting, bid strategies, and audience management. N
Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar tools. N
Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for scaling performance. N
